Every wedding detail in one place.

Record the consultation. Trellis Fieldbook pulls out all of the critical details and logs them per wedding — so you don't have to memorize hundreds of details.

The big Day run of show

The work between the work

Your details are scattered and you’re the only thing connecting them.

The spreadsheet, the inbox, the notes app and the venue’s PDF don’t update each other. Every change gets re-entered by hand — usually late at night, from memory, and right before someone needs it printed.

One record, carried forward

Enter details once.

It shows up in the budget, the to-do list, the vendor list and the run of show — because all four are reading the same wedding.

  1. 01 Record the meeting Record the consultation, freeing you to focus on the client.
  2. 02 Check what it heard Read the transcript and the details it picked up. Fix anything wrong before it counts.
  3. 03 File it to the wedding Couple, date, venue, budget, vendors and to-dos land where you will actually use them.
  4. 04 Work from one set of facts The budget, the to-do list, the vendor list and the schedule all read the same details.
  5. 05 Print the day Turn the schedule into a clean run of show for everyone working the wedding.

What you actually own

The record belongs to the planner who made it.

Every wedding you build is stored on your own computer, in a file you can find, copy and back up like any other. Take a full copy whenever you want, and put it back on a new laptop in a minute. You don’t have to take the ownership claim on faith — you can open the file yourself.

  • Buy once, then it works with the internet off
  • No subscriptions, and no AI charges
  • Transcriptions and Shorthand happen on your own machine
  • Take a full copy of your records whenever you want

FAQ

Before you put your name down.

What does ownership mean here?

Your wedding records sit on your computer, in a file you can find, copy and back up like any other. Take a full copy whenever you want, and put it back the same way. No account to keep paying for, nobody else holding the originals, and no terms that can change after you have bought it.

Where do my wedding records live?

On your computer, inside Trellis Fieldbook. Not in the cloud.

Does my clients’ audio leave my computer?

No. Trellis Fieldbook comes with two small AI models that run on your computer, specifically tuned for wedding planners to get the highest accuracy on every device. Your recordings never leave your machine. If you connect an external AI instead, only the text of that one request is sent to the service you picked — never the audio, and never your other weddings.

Is an AI subscription required?

While you can connect Trellis Fieldbook to an external AI it comes with two small AI models that run on your computer. Specifically tuned for wedding planners to get the highest accuracy on every device.

What messages will subscribers receive?

Launch notices and occasional opted-in product updates. Every message includes an unsubscribe option.

Is this for teams?

Trellis Fieldbook is designed around one wedding planner running a wedding from start to finish. Cloud based collaboration tools are not built in.

Does joining reserve founding pricing?

No. A limited number of apps will be sold at Founding price.

When will it be available?

We are collecting launch interest now. A launch date has not been established.
